Frank is a native Houstonian but from age four, his weekends and summers were spent at the Round Top family farm. His real estate career began when he joined his parents in the family business in 2002. Taking over the reins from his parents in 2017, Frank is now a co-owner of Round Top Real Estate along with partners, Lisa Mayer/Broker and Lilla Sivek/Broker. His extensive knowledge of Round Top and the surrounding communities makes him your “go-to” Realtor for the area’s history.

As a member of Round Top’s classic rock band, Black Cat Choir, you will find him entertaining most weekends in Round Top, Austin or Houston. The band has won the Fayette County Record's Readers's Choice for Best Band in Fayette County 5 of the last 6 years. He also collects guitars and amps.

Additionally, if Frank isn’t selling real estate or playing music, he’s fishing. Evenings find the avid angler at his property named “Fish Camp” hoping for the “big one.”

“I’m specifically a pond fisherman,” adds Frank. “Most folks looking at Round Top properties ask about the pond, if there is one. I always use that opportunity to show them photos of fish I have caught in that pond,” he smiles. “I know  these properties.”

He is also knowledgeable of the terrain through his daily fitness routine. “For the last 10 years, I have taken a real passion and commitment to walking every morning 4-6 miles,” says Frank. “It's healthy and an even greater way to appreciate nature and living in the country."
